Absolute favorite new product., 2.15.2008 Reviewer: Judi (cedar park, TX) I'm a product whore--the kind who has very rough feet. I scrape, I lotion, I file--nothing seems to work. Until now. The Mr. Pumice Pumi Bar is fantastic. The purple side is supposed to be the 'coarse' side, but it was a little too coarse and crumbled a little too easily; however, the lavender side is the prize winner for this product. It really does a great job of sloughing off dry/calloused skin as well as smoothing the bottoms of my feet after I cut the extremely calloused areas off. I also have some very dry spots on the sides of my feet (from sitting indian style all day), and the lavender side did an incredible job of sloughing the spots smooth. Just soak the Pumi Bar in warm water (I did it in the bath) and scrub away. It's fairly error-proof, and there's a bonus in that you can exfoliate your thighs/legs with the lavender side--just do so gently. All your ingrown hairs will be a thing of the past.
