A mousse with OOMPH!, 10.25.2007 Reviewer: JJ (Manteo, NC) This mousse is not as great as its predecessor, I.C.E. WHIP with firm hold but it is still a very good product that delivers what it promises. Really helps to create volume at the roots if applied correctly. Use it close to scalp first and foremost. Secondly a wonder at helping to train, maximize, and control graphic hair designs. And finally, can stand alone or be used with hair spray. Very versatile!
