THINK HAIR STARCH, 10.25.2007 Reviewer: JJ (Manteo, NC) This is the product if you are looking for serious hold when you use hot rollers. Could be used with curling iron too- though I have no personal experience with irons. Be careful how much you use. I believe this is the perfect product for formal occasion hair. Use your fingers to release the stiffness and keep the curl, if your hair is fine. Brushing may cause curls to fall. Should be used in conjunction with hairspray, NOT INSTEAD OF. Have a couple of friends who use this for dryer sets (roll damp hair on curlers- Velcro or regular- and sit under a hooded dryer). It's fundamental purpose is to help protect hair from heat damage.
