If a hacker attacks our first firewall the alarms go off for us and the hacker must now try to break our second firewall as we take appropriate measures to stop the hacker and protect your information, which by the way is also encrypted.

This site uses a thawte SSL123 Certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. thawte has checked and verified the site's registered domain name. This information is included in the SSL 123 Certificate that we issue. This enables you to check the site's validity yourself. BeautyDepot.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $99 and over (excluding taxes) shipped inside the Continental U.S.A. For shipments totaling less than $99, there is a delivery charge of $7.95 and Up. Our standard shipping options are UPS Ground, USPS Priority mail is used for PO Boxes, FPO's and APO's. Some packages may require a signature at the time of delivery.

Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

How much is the shipping cost for international shipping?

The shipping cost will vary by weight. We will contact you with options if we cannot ship at the posted rate.

UPS Ground and Air Shipping rates apply to the Continental United States only. Please select International USPS for all orders outside the United States, Sometimes we cannot ship Internationally at the published rate, we will contact you with shipping options. International shipments may also experience Customs Tax and Duties upon arrival.

We refuse to wholesale or retail these products to any business entity or in bulk to any party to prevent the possibility of resale through illegitimate channels. Products listed here are purchased for our "personal customers" for "personal use" only. We are a Group of "Licensed Cosmetologists" who have formed a "Personal Shopping Network". We are purchasing professional hair and beauty products and making professional recommendations on behalf of our "personal customers" only, while acting as their "Authorized Personal Shoppers" (a consumer service protected by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission). Most Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt.

Prices are rarely incorrect but we retain the right to refuse any transaction pending the correction of pricing. We will notify you of any error.

How do I return something?

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return all or part of it for a refund.

Fragrances, cosmetics, appliances, jewlry and handbags/purses are NON-RETURNABLE, so please make your selection wisely.

Before you return an item, please send an e-mail to Customer Service. We may be able to credit your account for the item without having you send it back. In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):

Damage
Incorrect item shipped
Dissatisfaction (please explain)
Other (please explain)  

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item.

Special Order Items or Quantities are Excluded and May Not Be Returned.

I do not want to pay by credit card on the internet. How can I place an order?

We welcome you to order by phone 8:00 - 5:00 Central Time, Monday through Friday at 318-869-6200, or to pay by cashiers check or money order:

1. Add all the items you would like to purchase into the Shopping Cart by clicking on the [Add to Cart] buttons beside each product.

2. When everything is in the Shopping Cart, select the shipping option that you prefer and make any changes to the quantities that you want and CLICK on the Recalculate button.

3. Now you can Print the shopping cart screen which will accurately show the total for the products and the shipping and mail a copy with your payment to:

4. Once we get your order and payment, we will ship your order to you with all possible speed. NOTE: if you want to pay by check there will be an additional delay in shipping until the check clears the bank.

Can you mail me a catalogue with your products?

Because of the constantly evolving nature of the beauty industry, new products being added and other products being discontinued, Products are resized and repackaged and there are seasonal changes as well, catalogues just do not work well.
