BeautyDepot.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $99 and over (excluding taxes) shipped inside the Continental U.S.A. For shipments totaling less than $99, there is a delivery charge of $8.95 and Up. Our standard shipping options are UPS Ground, USPS Priority mail is used for PO Boxes, FPO's and APO's. Some packages may require a signature at the time of delivery.

How much is the shipping cost for international shipping?

UPS Ground and Air Shipping rates apply to the Continental United States only. Please select International USPS for all orders outside the United States, Sometimes we cannot ship Internationally at the published rate, we will contact you with shipping options. International shipments may also experience Customs Tax and Duties upon arrival.

How do I return something?
Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return all or part of it for a refund.
Fragrances, hair extensions, cosmetics, appliances, jewlry, and handbags/purses are NON-RETURNABLE, so please make your
selection wisely.
Before you return an item, please send an e-mail to Customer Service. We may be able to credit your account for the item without having you send it back. In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):

We welcome you to order by phone 9:00 - 5:00 Central Time, Monday through Friday at 318-869-6200, or to pay by cashiers check or money order:
1. Add all the items you would like to purchase into the Shopping Cart by clicking on the [Add to Cart] buttons beside each product.
2. When everything is in the Shopping Cart, select the shipping option that you prefer and make any changes to the quantities that you want and CLICK on the Recalculate button.
3. Now you can Print the shopping cart screen which will accurately show the total for the products and the shipping and mail a copy with your payment to:

4. Once we get your order and payment, we will ship your order to you with all possible speed. NOTE: if you want to pay by check there will be an additional delay in shipping until the check clears the bank.
Can you mail me a catalogue with your products?
Because of the constantly evolving nature of the beauty industry, new products being added and other products being discontinued, Products are resized and repackaged and there are seasonal changes as well, catalogues just do not work well.
